The Coyote’s Herbed Maple Balsamic Marinade

By popular request, we’re happy to share the marinade demonstrated by the Allegheny Mountain School Fellows at last week’s Farmers’ Market! The Coyote’s Herbed Maple Balsamic Marinade

Mix together in blender or food processor

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary and oregano

Add

Freshly ground pepper to taste

Coarse sea salt to taste
Fresh mint leaves to garnish
