Volunteers are the backbone of The Highland Center’s success.  If you have the time and energy, we have a spot for you!  Opportunities include:

Special Events: The Highland Center holds a number of special events throughout the year, such as the lamb and beef dinners at the Maple Festival and Taste of Highland each summer.  We need volunteers to help with food preparation and cleanup, as well as to greet guests and serve as “Highland County Ambassadors.”

Building and Grounds: Working inside of a 90-year-old building comes with its share of upkeep.  Having extra hands to help with leaking faucets and other routine maintenance is always appreciated.  We also need help with outdoor projects, such as trimming hedges and picking up leaves, in warmer months.

Office Administration: We need volunteers to help with filing, database management and overall office organization.  If you are detail-oriented and want to learn more about the operations of a non-profit organization, then this is the job for you!
